Refund Policy

All POC English courses have 7-day full refund, no questions asked. Therefore, if you want to quit the course within the first 7 days, simply send me an email at: support@pocenglish.com

 

The refund is not possible in case:

• The 7-day period has passed
• During the first 7 days, any videos have been downloaded from the website (this will be checked to avoid abuse) 
• Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase within 7 working days from the date of receipt of such request
